About Tove

Tove Redeby in nature, Living Truth Coaching's founder

Guided by a
Quest for Truth

Inspired by raw wilderness, Swedish-born Tove has always recognized the energy of the plants and outdoors as an essential part of her spirit. Retreat into nature is both temple and sanctuary on her path, a place where self and source become clear and everything makes sense. In her lifelong quest for truth, Tove has walked fiercely with a strong spirit and courageous heart, unafraid to dance to the beat of her own drum and move away from the well-tread path. The courage to be herself inspires others to follow their own purpose.

Tove’s deep call to be in service was initiated over a decade ago while working with Ayahuasca in Peru. She has never stopped walking the medicine path since, personally working with numerous plant teachers and entheogens, as well as facilitating private medicine ceremonies for others.

She continues to nurture her own connection with the visionaries and plant teachers, a call that is rooted in service to her own spiritual path – and deepened through its parallel gift of serving and holding sacred space for others.

Tove holds an innate ability to attune to the rhythm of others. The addictions that once patterned her life now present as gifts, allowing her to hold deep compassion and relate to others’ experiences through a non-judgemental lens. Her ability to listen with presence is balanced with a deep humility for being in service and assisting others on the path. With a sincere fascination for the human experience, she is committed to shining the light for others as their process unravels in perfection, until they realize the truth – that the light has always been in their hands.

As a coach and facilitator, Tove holds a sacred presence – a loving and steady container where transformation unfolds organically. She offers a space where presence itself becomes the medicine – a space where connection with your inner knowing and higher self can gently unfold, and where what has been hard to feel or reach can begin to unravel, in your own timing.

Tove holds space with intuition, humility, and deep witnessing. With a grounded and loving presence, she meets you where you are – helping you be with what arises, reconnect with your truth, and remember that the light you seek outside lives within.

She believes the true magic happens in the spaces in between – between the words, between the actions, between the big revelations. She trusts in your innate wisdom. Your capacity to heal. And your soul’s timing.

Tove doesn’t walk ahead of you. She walks beside you – as a steady, compassionate ally on the path home.

Her work is deeply informed by her own inner journeys – through life, through psyche and spirit, and through the vast landscapes opened by psychedelic exploration. These realms have shaped her path and deepened her capacity to hold space. What she offers arises not only from training, but from lived experience – from showing up, again and again, in the mystery and magic of this life.

I stand as your witness, offering support and safe space as you access your own unique capacity for change. I am here to walk the path beside you — not to find or walk it for you.

The answers are already within you.”

It is a profound honour to be here – to be alive in this moment of radical transformation. A time when consciousness is shifting, ancient wisdom is being remembered, and sacred medicines are reaching more people than ever before. I do not take this lightly. To witness people stepping forward – yearning for deeper truth and meaning, willing to show up, to listen, to walk into the unknown with open hearts – humbles me every day.

With deep respect, I honour the lineages, traditions, and ancestral stewards who have carried these medicines through time. I bow to the peoples and cultures who have cultivated these relationships with reverence – who have taught us, through ceremony and presence, how to meet the sacred as sacred.

Every journey, every ceremony, every moment of life deserves to be held with care. These are not tools to be used, but teachers to be respected. Working with entheogens must be done in a safe, intentional, and sacred way. When we open these portals, we must do so with discernment, humility, and protection. I’ve witnessed what happens when we don’t.

I hold deep respect for the medicines – the plants, fungi, animals, and the spirit molecules that carry wisdom beyond words. And I hold this work – and this life – with awe and reverence. With fierce love. And with a steadfast commitment to honour all: the plants, the spirits, Mother Earth, each other – and ourselves.
